Where can I find Makshy pieces?

Makshy pieces are available through my online shop and on Etsy. I occasionally collaborate with select boutiques on small, exclusive runs, and you can also try the hats and place orders during open studio events, which I announce on social media.

What sizes are available?

Check each product listing for available sizes and measurement instructions. For caps, sizes are based on a base size with adjustability. If you use US hat sizes, see the equivalents below.

Need a different size? Custom sizing is available — get in touch.

How do I measure my head for a hat?

Use a flexible tape measure (or string) to measure around your head:

• Position it across your forehead, about 2cm above your ears, and around the widest part of your head.
• Keep it snug but not tight.
• Measure 2–3 times for accuracy.

When will my order be shipped?

• Made-to-order hats and caps: usually within a few weeks of purchase.
• Ready-to-wear pieces: within 1–2 working days.

When will my order arrive?

• UK: 1–3 working days
• Europe: 5–7 working days
• USA: 5–10 working days

Ordering from the United States

U.S. customs duties and import taxes are prepaid and included in the price shown at checkout. The total you pay is final, with no additional charges on delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — I ship to most countries. Customs fees or import taxes may apply outside the UK, so please check local regulations before ordering.
